OFFICIAL DIRECTIONS TO RAINBOW REGIONAL IN MANISTEE NATIONAL FOREST
1. head north out of south bend on the us 31 highway (not business route)
2.follow it till it ends (forced into last exit) take a left on Napier Ave
3.take right to us94 north
4.ride for short time and take exit for us196/31north
5.ride that for a long damn time like 35 or so miles
6.drive thru muskeegan keep on 31 another 10 or twelve miles then look for exit for fuitvale road
7. take exit around and take left onto fruitvale
8.about a mile or two down take a left to continue on fruitvale(not weesies or walsh)
9.follow fruitvale past harris road eventually will fork and turn into fog lake road its all good tho
10.take fog lake north past skeels rd it turns into 116th ave north for a while
11.116th curves right and turnes into cleveland then turns into park then curves left then curves right and turns into e white rd
12.white rd curves left ride for about a half mile then take a right on arthur road
ALMOST THERE
13.take for a while then take a right on s 142nd ave (there will be houses)
14.take that south thru the houses and then thru the woods and then thru some country dirt roads turns into sand but take no forks keep straight and you will see parking on left about four or five miles down from arthur
if you want to make your own directions
from these feel free but DO NOT TAKE BACK GATE ROUTE ON SAND ROAD COME IN FROM NORTH off ARTHUR ROAD
bumpy terrain big potholes and bigger pudddles coming from south route
